Just because you want to praise somebody doesn’t mean you want to look like them. Lizzo is a bad example, she sucks but I don’t have to want to be bald to call somebody with cancer beautiful and inspiring.
looking like Lizzo is a high bar, maybe save those compliments for when someone actually achieves self love icon status, lol
