McDonalds biggest value is their real estate, the old buildings are replaced because they had much lower resale value in today’s market so now they switched to “generic” style buildings, they have better resale value.

Tbh, it’s the reason I go out to eat way more often rather than order in now. Been really nice. Why pay almost 20 bucks for a shitty meal when I can go have a really nice one for 30?
