Context: South Korea President Yoon Suk Yeol declared martial-law to “Safeguard a liberal South Korea from the threats posed by North Korea’s communist forces and to eliminate anti-state elements” just 4 hours ago. And now the martial law is over because 190 parliament voters out of 300 voters managed to get into the parliament and all of them voted to end the martial law, managing to get over at least 150 votes required to end the martial-law.
