She is setting up for appeals that he could not get a fair trial.

Just getting the opportunity to testify is going to be must must see TV if the court has the courage to televise it.

I’m sure this is not an original thought but just amazing to me that the bloody mayor was there for the perp walk…but if this guy had shot up a classroom full of kids, or a movie theatre it’d just be just another day in the USA.

The judge is married to a former Pfizer executive…

The fact that both State and the Fed have cases against Luigi, and the fact the Feds case is FAR more serious as it involves the death penalty means the State case exists to simply drain the defendant of money. So the various interlocutors can sabotage it with no real reprecussion.

Those same officers better walk him too.

She cooked

Whatever they do doesn’t matter, Luigi has already opened the door.

This is now my song for all the greedy CEOs:

Bullet in the Head by Rage Against the Machine

That’s excellent – and for those worried they’re going to try and beat him down with money – well they already did that, and he’s had enough – so have we all. There are 300 plus million of us versus the oligarchs – and they may have more money, but if a lot of us chip in a few bucks – which we will – Luigi will get the best defense available – maybe better because his cause is just – so good lawyers who really care about justice won’t shy away like they would Adams or Trump. Besides, Luigi was with me the whole time – you all saw it!

Please up vote anything pro-Luigi. Down with the US Corporatacrcy.

It just dawned on me that the possible reason why they are trying to avoid a trial is due to the “bias” present in the potential jurors. His “peers”, I’m willing to bet, have all in some form been a victim of the current system no matter how hard the courts try to find an unbiased group, and so from a *legal* standpoint, would compromise the validity of it.

Not one crumb left after her🤯🤯💯

Adans is a horrible mayor, the guardian angel was better choice at this point.

I’m genuinely thinking he might get off. One juror, or have verdict dismissed on appeal because he didn’t have an impartial jury

Luigi is sitting there in chains. Even OJ Simpson, a man accused of a horrific double murder with a knife and his bare hands, wasn’t chained up in the courtroom with guards standing over him.

Eric Adams found dead (deffs not Luigi this time)

“I do not believe that the government has met its burden of proof.” Just one juror saying this…

This is Karen Friedman Agnifilo! She’s a brilliant, high-integrity lawyer. Like.. first round draft pick quarterback, good. OH AND –

she was a PROSECUTOR at the Manhattan District Attorney for 25+ years! Was even Chief District Attorney for 7 years. She knows her shit. Haha

Oh hell yes.

I need some popcorn for this.

1 CEO DOWN, MANY MORE TO GO.

I’ve seen people sit in jail for over 3 years waiting on a sentence. (6th Amendment)
I’ve seen people pressed into slavery because they were convicted of being homeless. (13th Amendment)
I’ve seen people shot for expressing the ‘freedom of speech’. (1st Amendment)
I’ve seen police harass and disrupt unions. (1st Amendment)
I’ve seen multiple presidents declare war. (Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the Constitution)

The list goes on, are we free yet?

What does the “gag that fraud” comment mean and at whom is it directed? Thank you

I heard the judge is the widow of the CEO. Is this correct? Or is the judge a wife of a different healthcare executive?

Why was he even there in the first place; is that a normal thing for Mayors to do at high profile cases?
