I wish Valve kept them going as the character is a pretty cute mascot but on the other hand I’m glad Steam are giving more artists work

I’m kinda happy since it means we’ll get more creative and unique stuff for Steam Sales.
But I’m also kinda disappointed since I loved this mascot so much

This years banners were really beautiful.
I feel like her good bye is giving us a “Delivery Cat in a blanket sticker” was Nemu going out with a bang.
Hope that we’ll see her again some events and artists later.
I love that Valve has been hiring real artists and paying them to create just good art. I’m glad they keep a rotation going and give new artists a chance to show off their work. That said, this is easily my favourite character yet and I do hope we see more of her. Will definitely keep following Nemu’s work.

As a Chilean it was great to ser her artowork highlighted in such a big platform ( I bought her a shirt in a convention one, and lost it :c)
But as other’s have said, even tho it will be sad to see her go, I hope Valve keeps giving this chance to other cool artists
Last year had sales that had an abandoned city and this year a delivery woman and her journey. Wonder what 2025 might have in store for us.

I’m normally too lazy to use the points shop, but I wanted to show support so I went and bought literally everything from the four seasonal point shops this year.
The art really did bring me some joy and make me enjoy the sales a bit more.
