As a kid I used to do that to my great grandmother every time she’s takes a nap, just to make sure she’s not dead or smt… 😭😭

When I was 10 thru 12 yo I lived in the country and rode my bike or horse everywhere. There were several older widowed women or couples who lived near my home. I always loved visiting them and hearing their stories. I believe they enjoyed the company.

Stop adultfiying/parentifying children. Children have no responsibilities to this kind of stuff- children should enjoy their childhood while it lasts and should not have to concern themselves with some random adult’s medical problems. The person who uploaded the pic should hire a professional and not allow a kid to do adult things. It’s totally detrimental to a child’s development

There was an old couple a few houses down I used to throw their paper up to the door on my way to the bus stop. That was over 20yrs ago and they still get me a Christmas present every year.
If I ever had a kid, I’d want him/her to be like this kid
I use to do that too. After awhile i stopped cause I was busy. Not too long after someone else was moving in there because they passed.
