The disappointment when you realize it’s still yesterday.
Happened to me a few times after eating too many edibles then falling asleep for a day
It doesn’t have to be even 2 hours. I feel out of place with just 30 mins of sleep if it is in that time range.
That was a brainfuck
I fall asleep 2 hours before bedtime and wake up AT bedtime…
