There’s always that one anime that ends up changing someone’s mind.

I can also recommend Delicious in Dungeon, no stupid fan service and main characters are well written.

My first anime I had ever watched was in my Japanese language class, back in 2019 when I was 13 years old. I will say that sparked a bit of anime in me. Never explored till I was 14 and watched MHA (I never knew about the fandom and I was still stuck in lockdown). Then never watched anime till now which is just some anime movies and Solo-Leveling.

JoJo was the one to change my mind about anime, mainly because of the almost-realistic artstyle of the characters, and the funny ghost man who punches really fast

I took my son and his friend to a big anime/cosplay con. They met up with some other friends and then all split off into groups. When everyone met back up again, I was horrified to witness my son excitedly asking the other groups if they saw the attack on “Titan Girl.” After I shrieked “Is she ok, did somebody help her???” they explained that he was actually asking if they saw the “Attack On Titan” girl. Much relief.

I’m not big on anime series / shows other than Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, and Afro Samurai.
But I fucking love Studio Ghibli movies. Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, Laputa: Castle in the Sky, My Neighbor Totoro, and Porco Rosco, are some that I liked very much. there’s a few others that I wish to watch in the future.

nope, it’s garbage, it’s not as garbage as the rest of anime, but the story is so uninteresting.

AOT is predictable overhyped garbage. Only the first 5 episodes were good until anyone with a brain could predict how the story was going to unfold. Barely finished season one and threw it in the trash pill with cringe chainsawman
