I watched it several times. And either me who’s secretly a genius either there’s no deep messages in it that you may not get from 1st watch.

Honest question. What was so complicated about it? Felt kind of straight forward, no? Not being an ass, perhaps I missed something deeper?

I watched it 4 times. Loved it every time. First time didn’t get the crap inside the black hole. Second time got it and thought the ending was stupid. Third time onwards I appreciate it for what it is.

What a take..

OP really went and felt the need to gatekeep understanding a sci-fi movie about black holes, timeloop, and love.

Or it’s a karmabot and doesn’t feel anything. ๐Ÿ˜€

Iโ€™ve watched it and understand the story but I think itโ€™s hot shit

Watched it. Hated the ending. Sue me

Still haven’t watched it yet

It’s definitely not a “turn your brain off and just watch” kind of movie, but it wasn’t that hard to understand. I loved it.

If you didnโ€™t understand Interstellar you are thinking too hard or not at all

I feel like Arrival had the same message with better execution? Love transcends time and space?

Didnโ€™t like it when it came outโ€ฆ.

I watched it, it was alright.

YouTube shorts give me the appreciation for all the work that went into it

I watched it in physics class in high school, and I’ve come to the conclusion that the only part people find complicated is the strings, and that’s because we have a large percentage of people who watch movie in internal short format lol. It’s amazing the number of people who can watch a movie and not follow along at all.

I totaly understand her.

Watched it, Understood it, had a self reflection after, 10/10 would watch again. Just wish it wasn’t so long

I liked the movie, especially the part when they get to the other planets. The ending is just a bit too sci-fi for me, especially after a relatively scientific accurate movie.

loved it, but i like being surprised by endings more than i appreciate a normal-patterned story thatโ€™s been done before

Cinemasins weirdly enough made me understand the 20% I didn’t understand by myself

What an oddly specific thing to meme about that Iโ€™ve never seen happen before

Why lie about it? What’s not to get?

To me it’s the same as avatar. Great visuals and a lot of money spent on production, average story. Although it is better because unlike avatar where they told the same story for the hundredth time, they actually kinda made a story. And it’s pretty good they didn’t go deeper as the futility of time travel and intricate details are very polarizing on whether it is interesting or makes no sense. The twists are neat, but don’t really add too much and could ruin the rest of the story once you get them, I was able to guess all of them which ruined them for me, but they are probably nice for some people.

I watched it and itโ€™s a good movie with an ending that makes no sense.

I cry when watching this movie. Something about the lost time with his kids. I’m 40 with 3 kids, and we love the movie.

they need a rewrite and an editor, Nolan doesn’t know what a good film is

I watched it like 3 separate times and loved it each time,it’s such a good movie

I love that movie so much that I bought the book, best decision of my life
