Would UHC have covered his medical bills, or denied them like they do for most people?

That was a targeted, professional hit. Calm, cool, and collected, didn’t panic, had an escape plan, used a suppressed handgun and understood that it wasn’t a malfunction when it didn’t fully cycle and then he responded appropriately.

Brian Thompson’s proposal to deny coverage for non-critical emergency room visits reveals a troubling disregard for the fundamental purpose of health insurance: ensuring access to care when people need it most. By attempting to shift the financial burden onto patients in their most vulnerable moments, Thompson prioritized corporate profits over human lives. Such a policy would have discouraged individuals from seeking potentially life-saving treatment, forcing them to make impossible decisions about their health based on fear of financial ruin. This callous approach highlights a lack of empathy and responsibility, traits unbefitting of a leader in healthcare.

I guess we’re finally in that stage of the free market where people who are hoarding wealth at the expense of people’s lives are going to get what they deserve.

Considering the rich are directly responsible for the majority is the world’s suffering by hoarding and restricting resources and basic necessities….

Unfortunately, people have become frustrated and angry with this type of person, a rich ruling class that only cares about making more money off the suffering of others. No ethics, no moral compass, only a desire to succeed and make more and more of the beloved dollar.
I am afraid that this is going to start happening more and more often.
