As a “Technology kid”, I sometimes just say “No, this can’t be fixed” even tho I perfectly know how, because I know if I fix it we get the most boring ass 50 minute homework discussion ever
I am that one technology kid, but if I know if there is a test coming up or something like that, I always play for class and say that I don’t know how to fix that. Saved a lot of classmates like that already by giving them additional 2-3 days to learn and prepare for exams or tests.
