it’s not them. The west just have a habit of taking credit of others work. Take the example of algebra, aeroplane and others. If they cannot literally take credit for the work, they will westernize the names to make west. Just look at the names of Arabic mathematicians.

These people also fail to realize that the reason why sculpture making was very popular in Greco-Roman antiquity was because a of very accessible abundance of supplies and often the sculptors were supported by wealthy patrons.
For a vast majority of places nowadays, going full into sculptures, while not impossible, is a very expensive endeavor with a high risk of not seeing a return for your work

It’s just an “aesthetic” or cos-playing for these people, a kind of aesthetic version of virtue signaling. They wouldn’t know the difference between Wagner and Mahler or Goethe and Whitman. Then they tag it with some Latin phrase imagining they are some Roman centurion or whatever. It’s infantile.
