I usually check the color of my urine. If it’s dark orange, that means I’m not drinking enough. But this rarely happens because I remind myself to drink water.
I needed this
Going to get surgery tomorrow to blast one of these lil fortress of solitudes.
Already had one come out the hard way. 3 days of slowly increasing pain, that ends up debilitating.
No matter what position you get into, you can’t find any relief. It just keeps intensifying to the point of nausea and delirium.
Picture the worst stomach cramps you’ve ever had. Radiating from your lower back to your groin.
