The only time I feel pressed to comment on someone’s opinion is when their opinion demonstrates a clear, harmful prejudice or bias with no rational basis for it, or when they think they’re expressing an “opinion” that is actually a misunderstanding of facts.

Have you tried not having shitty opinions or being smart enough to defend them adequately instead? Can’t do neither.

Well wtf do you use reddit for then? For me as a middle aged man it’s a natural progression from forums specific to things I wanted to discuss or AOL.

Depends. If your opinion is that gay and trans people shouldn’t have rights, then I’m going to argue against it. If it’s about a movie you don’t like, I don’t particularly care.
