I always wonder if people who think Kurt was murdered ever even paid attention to his lyrics and music I mean In Utero is basically a suicide note, the guy was obviously extremely depressed/bipolar/who knows mixed in with having a spotlight put on him and a heroin addiction. I love his music but It’s really not that hard to accept that he killed himself.
