Working on projects with poor management.

When I was managing projects I can’t tell you the number that were canceled for client budget issues or poor planning, new client management, a client’s contract with their customer was canceled, client failed to pay a bill and began arguing every penny, and more. We only ever shut down projects because for client actions or inactions.

I put one project on pause for several weeks when the client stopped responding to questions or updates and missed their deadlines. They were shocked when we stopped work because they did.
