I don’t even text anyone anymore if it’s not for specific plans. Anyone this could have applied to is no longer in my life. Apparently hanging out in person was a better predictor of longevity of friendship than frequently using the dopamine machines to communicate.
You ever thought about the possibility that you’re not as great as you think you are? Maybe you love bombed or overwhelmed them until they didn’t wanna talk much.
