You’re telling me they didn’t learn their lesson from the first movie? How bad of parents are they? How am I supposed to have any empathy for the parents at all after the event of the first movie and this still happens literally the next year.

Oh absolutely. It isn’t Home Alone if it doesn’t have Macaulay Culkin, Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern. The only reason that 1 is a classic Christmas movie in the first place is primarily because of those three actors. Home Alone 3 was ok but a massive step down from the Culkin films. 4 was just terrible and I didn’t even know there were any other films after that. How are there six movies?

Nobody talks about any of the films after Home Alone 2 for good reason.

I actually like Home Alone 3 and 6.

I kind of like how 6 took the premise and turned it around so that the kid is an insufferable little shit and we’re meant to root for the burglars.

I love the first one and the sequel, the others can go to hell
