Really interesting that this is not fried! Going to try it

**Ingredients:**

– 2 chicken breasts
– Greek yoghurt (75g)
– Tortilla chips
– Oregano (1tsp)
– Paprika (2tsp)
– Garlic granules (2tsp)
– Salt and pepper
– Mayonnaise (100g)
– Honey (2tsp)
– Chilli sauce (NOT sweet chilli) (2tsp)
– Lime juice
– 2 burger buns
– Cheddar cheese

**Recipe:**

1. Preheat the oven to 200c

2. Mix 75g greek yoghurt, 1tsp oregano, 2tsp paprika, 2tsp garlic and salt and pepper.

3. Put the chicken and yoghurt mix in a tupperware, put the lid on and shake until it’s evenly coated.

4. Crush the tortilla chips until they are very fine, using a rolling pin and a plastic bag. Roll the yoghurt coated chicken in the tortilla crumbs.

5. Put the coated chicken breasts onto a grill rack (or cooling rack suitable for the oven) on top of a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. This helps to make them crispier.

6. Bake for 20 minutes, turning the chicken breasts halfway through.

7. Now make the honey mayo. Mix 100g mayonnaise, 2tsp honey, (2tsp chilli sauce if you want spice) and lime juice in a small bowl and set aside.

8. Remove the chicken from the oven. Move the chicken to one side of the rack and put the buns cut side up on the grill rack. Put cheese on the top half of the buns. Put in the oven for 5 minutes.

9. Use meat thermometer to test if the chicken is cooked. It should be golden and cooked through.

10. Stack the chicken burgers in the toasted buns with the toppings of your choice and the mayo.
